I’m so so happy I contacted Adrian. I had an earplug stuck in my ear. After visting accident and emergency at the hospital, they referred me to ENT as the earplug was too far in my ear canal to have it removed. I contacted Adrian as I was in so much pain and he came to see me the next day. Adrian was very professional and caring. If it wasn’t for this guy I would have gone crazy with the pain and discomfort. Adrian removed the ear plug and was so gentle I didn’t have any pain
