Adrian was at our house within an hour of initial contact in an evening. Was polite, professional and explained the whole procedure from start to finish. When water was left in my ear and felt uncomfortable Adrian completed extra suction to ensure I was as comfortable as possible before he left. Great service and will be contacting in future!
